Evangelist Donetta L. Pickett  is the founder and CEO of Destiny Prevails Ministries, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization registered in the State of Georgia. She is a noble evangelist, speaker, servant-leader, television personality and entrepreneur, who is currently working on her first e-book series, Destiny Driven. Destiny Prevails Ministries is the ministry of the Holy Spirit, flowing out of a heart redeemed by God that blesses both believers and non-believers of all generations, denominations and cultures.

Evangelist Donetta  is a “chosen” vessel who is passionate about teaching God’s word to “encourage, edify and empower a people into fulfilling their God-given purpose,” and thereby, bringing life and light to the world.

Prior to relocating to Atlanta, Donetta Pickett served as a licensed Minister at Faithful Central Bible Church (FCBC) in Inglewood, California, under the leadership of Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer, Pastor/Teacher. Her extensive and varied practical experience includes ministry in Jerusalem with a 10-Day Journey of Tracing the Footsteps of Jesus, a 6-day ministry engagement in Soweta, South Africa, and she also traced the footsteps of the Apostle Paul in Greece, Ephesus and Corinth with the Macedonia International Bible Fellowship (MIBF).  In addition, she was a certified, Lead Trainer for BOSS The Movement Ministry, ministered monthly at the Los Angeles Rescue Union Mission and was a Chaplain at the Orange County Memorial Hospital.

Evangelist Donetta Pickett  is a Doctorate in Ministry candidate; she holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Women’s Ministries from the Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.  She also attended the University of Oxford College in England. Her leadership skills, faithfulness and integrity allowed her to work with several prominent faith leaders including Dr. Juanita Bynum’s Ministry where she volunteered as a Servant-Leader and student. Evangelist Pickett served with Dr. Bynum, as she traveled the world delivering the God News of the Gospel and saving/changing lives.

Evangelist Pickett  is recognized as a royal priesthood, a chosen generation entrusted to declare the truth of God’s word through submission, transparency, humor and God’s anointing. For over two decades, through the World Vision Organization and Compassion International, she has sponsored 17 under-privileged children and families in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Haiti, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, South Africa and Uganda with food, clothing and school materials.

Professionally, for 25 years, she is President/CEO of Pickett & Associates, LLC, a project management consulting firm, specializing in labor relations, contract requirements and workforce development in the construction industry.
